or infringe any copyrights. There is no money being made at this site. It’s just a fansite for fans by fans. If you are the studio or
photographer that truly owns any of the images posted here and want them removed, please contact us and we will remove them.
Can I use any of your screen captures and/or promotional photos?
You can use any screen captures you want. We take all the screen captures you see on this site ourselves. For promotional
photos, you can also use any you want with a few, rare exceptions. The exceptions are if the photos are from another fansite. In such a
case there will be a note on the bottom of the page or via a mouse rollover that states that photo is from another site and
cannot be reposted without that site's permission. If there is any question as to if you can reuse something send us an e-mail and
ask away. If you repost something from this site we do ask you post a link back to it. If you have a site or blog be sure to consider
making us an affiliate.
Does the same rule apply to photos that have a person credit?
In the case of something credited as provided by a person instead of another site it’s okay to repost the pictures (unless otherwise noted) as long as you credit that person. So, if you see a name like Andreas, Erika, Kate, Suziekane, J or Miranda, you should credit them when and if you post the pictures somewhere.
Why are some photos credited to a person or site and others not?
Anything we acquire is obviously not credited to another person or fansite since we used our own resources to get the stuff. Anything that people like Andreas, J, Suzikane, Miranda, Kate and Erika make available is listed with a credit to them since they have provided it, whether it was directly to us or in a public or private place like Livejournal. If something is credited for awhile but then the notice is removed, that’s because we ended up acquiring the stuff ourselves and replaced the stuff we got from someone else with it. We do our best to make sure people are given proper credit. If you feel we have forgotten to credit someone for something please contact us at the below e-mail so we can sort things out.
